Ringette is a sport for life, starting with beginner learning
programs spanning all the way to competitive and noncompetitive
leagues. It is a sport that is great for all ages, especially young girls
just learning to skate who are looking to make life-long friends and have fun in a
safe, fair play environment! Through ringette, members develop physical and
teamwork skills while involvement with healthy competition assists with emotional
and social maturity.
The St. James Ringette Association wants you and your family to be part of the
fastest game on ice by coming out to Manitoba’s annual Come Try Ringette
Event! We are excited to invite all girls ages 3-10 out to the annual FREE come
try ringette event on August 21st, 2016 held at the MTS Iceplex. The event gives
the opportunity for kids to have a first-hand experience of the sport and also
gives them the chance to see how ringette is played. Also, all new registered
participants will be entered in a draw to win a FREE 2016/2017 Ringette
Registration!

11:00am-4:00pm (with 4 ice times during the day & a feature game)
