Positive Mental Health

At this time of year, life can be stressful with how busy we all are with celebrations and family outings, and also with remembering those who are no longer with us. Remember to take the time to relax and think about the good things going on in your life. Research shows that if you write down 3 good things that happen each day, for 7 days, you will have a more positive outlook on life. Therefore, you will be better able to cope with stress.

You can write down 3 good things that happened to you or that you did each day. We challenge everyone (parents, students, and staff) to do this for this coming week. Use this graphic if you like:
