Stop And Move Week

For Week 3 of our Wellness Month, we are focusing on exercise. We invite families to join us in our exercises wherever you are during the day. Just stop what you are doing and move! Here's a chart of the exercises we will be doing:

S.A.M (stop and move) Weekly Workout

classes are asked to complete the daily workout at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm everyday.  the workout will increase by 2 exercises each day. The total will be 10 exercises by the end of the week. 
Pro Tip: Play some motivating music to help you get the job done!

10 Reps for each exercise.
2- Tuesday
1.     Jumping Jacks
2.     Shoulder Touches
3.     Squats
4.     Ski Jumps

10 Reps for each exercise.
3- Wednesday
1.     Jumping Jacks
2.     Shoulder Touches
3.     Squats
4.     Ski Jumps
5.     Mountain Climbers
6.     Planks (on Hands)

10 Reps for each exercise.
4- Thursday
1.     Jumping Jacks
2.     Shoulder Touches
3.     Squats
4.     Ski Jumps
5.     Mountain Climbers
6.     Planks (on Hands)
7.     High Kicks
8.     Curl-Ups

10 Reps for each exercise.
5- Friday
1.     Jumping Jacks
2.     Shoulder Touches
3.     Squats
4.     Ski Jumps
5.     Mountain Climbers
6.     Planks (on Hands)
7.     High Kicks
8.     Curl-Ups
9.     Squat Jumps
10. Burpees
Classes only have to do 5 squat jumps and 5 burpees.
If the class is energized 10 reps of each would be awesome.
